Candidate for Leeds North East

Rachel Hartshorne

Green Party General Election Candidate

I first moved to Leeds in 2001 for University, fell in love with the city and have never left. I work at the University of Leeds and live in Meanwood with my husband, son, cat and dog. I am a keen environmentalist and run Healthy Air Leeds to raise awareness of air pollution in our city. I am also part of the Meanwood Playground appeal who are working to improve outdoor space for the local community.

"I am a firm believer in sustainability and if elected would ensure that Leeds North East is a more sustainable place to live and work. Vote Green for clean air, green spaces and real climate action. "
