I currently serve as a town councillor on West Mersea Town Council as part of a team of nine. Main areas of responsibility for the local Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group and joint chair of Bradwell Monitoring Committee (Bradwell has a decommissioned Nuclear Power Station and is in the UK Government's plan for a new station utilising Chinese technology).
Coordinator for Blackwater Against New Nuclear Group (BANNG).
Served on the 2018 Stakeholder Working Group (coordinated by www.enco.eu) in the EU on Transport of Radioactive Materials across member states and the world.
Member of Office for Nuclear Regulation Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) Forum.
Member of Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Nuclear NGO Forum.
Member of Bradwell Site Local Community Liaison Council (LCLC)
Trustee of PROUD of Mersea - first litter free Island campaign
